Description
ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES FRIDAY 9/27 at NOON. You may register at the race start Saturday morning at 8:00am. Thank you and see you there!
Runners, walkers, teams and families - will come together in a celebration of recovery and community. Those in recovery, those with loved ones in recovery, and those who love to run will participate in this flat and scenic 5K in Barnstable village. We encourage everyone to join in. This upbeat family event is open to all.
Participate as a team to help educate our community and remove the stigma of addiction and mental illness. Run or walk "in celebration of", "in memory of", or "in hope for" someone you know.

Teams can fundraise to make a difference in our community. All proceeds go to Gosnold and WellStrong for their programs that help fight the disease of addiction and promote long term recovery.

Kids from ages 4-17 will receive special pricing of $15. There is also a "Free Kids' Dash" for ages 6 and under that will start at 9:45
Race Categories
If you want to receive a time and see your name in the results as a runner or a walker, you MUST select 5K Run.
You may select the 5K Run, and receive a time for your walk or walk-jog. There will be awards for the first male and female walkers (no jogging allowed for the award).
If you are walking to show your support for recovery, but do not care about receiving an official time, select 5K Walk.
