You're invited to join hundreds of runners and walkers in Belmont community to raise the voice and visibility of AAPI residents. This event is organized by BCAA and sponsored by local businesses.
Race Route
The 5K route for both running and walking is the same as the Becca Pizzi 5K route developed by the Belmont Police Department, which starts and ends on the BHS track and goes through the Winn Brook neighborhood.
The 2K route for both running and walking is the same as the FBE Apple Run 2K route developed by the Belmont Police Department, which starts and ends on the BHS track and goes through the Claypit Pond near Belmont High School.

- 8:00am -9:30am 5K and 2k bib pickup & race day registration
- 9:00 am Warm-up, speeches
- 9:25 am National Anthem
- 9:30 am AAPI 5K
- 10:15 am AAPI 5K Awards Ceremony
- 10:45 am AAPI 2K
- 11:30 am Event closes
Number Pick-Up
- Race bibs will be available for pickup at The Belmont High School Track beginning at 8am on race day (May 7th).
- Pre-race packet pickup (including bib, race shirt, gift bag) this year is on Saturday 2 - 5pm (May 6th) before the race at Trinktisch (the side near the parking lot)
Awards
- Top three finishers Male and Female
- Fastest 5K per age group per gender (10 year increments, exclude top 3 overall)
- Fastest 5K kid – 12 and Under per gender
- Largest Team
Registration Fee
- For 5K, $30 through May6, 2023, Day-of registration will be $40.
- For 2K, $20 through May6, 2023, Day-of registration will be $30.
Shirts
The first 300 registered runners/walkers will be offered a short sleeve 'quick-dri' running shirt.
Parking
The Belmont High School (BHS) Track is located on 291 Concord Avenue, adjacent to BHS, which can be easily reached by car and public transportation. Attention: NO PARKING in BHS Lot. There is ample parking available in surrounding area on the race day.
Restroom is available in the Viglirolo Skating Rink
