Description
You're invited to join hundreds of runners and walkers in Belmont community to raise the voice and visibility of AAPI (Asian American and Pacific Islander) residents. This event is organized by BCAA (Belmont Chinese American Association) and sponsored by local businesses.
Since its 2022 inauguration, Belmont AAPI Run has become one of three major community road races in Belmont, along with the well-established FBE Apple Run and the Becca Pizzi 5K. The AAPI Run has and will continue raising funds to support various AAPI events hosted by Belmont-based nonprofit organizations, including Belmont Chinese American Association (BCAA) and Belmont Celebrates AAPI Heritage (BCAH). This year, the funds raised from the AAPI Run will also support Belmont Media Center to broadcast Belmont public school events. Please visit BCAA and BCHA websites if you want to learn more about their past and future AAPI events.
