Join 4RUN3 this summer as we take it off road! Explore area trails, enjoy nature, cross train, and meet new friends! Hiking/trail running is not only a great cross training activity, but also improves balance and stability; strengthens legs, core, and "stabilizers"; and improves form! Hiking and trail running gives the mind and body a nice break from the monotony of road running and is good for the soul! All levels of hikers and trail runners welcome.
PROGRAM INCLUDES:
- 7 Tuesday evening trail meet ups at area trails (exact locations TBD, but locations can be expected to include West Springfield, Holyoke, Wilbraham, Hampden, Somers, and Enfield).
- "Graduation" day trip to the White Mountains! (cost of bus trip included - you must provide your own food)
- Custom 4RUN3 trail series shirt!

PROGRAM DETAILS/OPTIONS:
- Series begins on Tuesday, 7/12/22 (and meets every Tuesday thereafter, ending on Tuesday, 8/23/22)
- Tuesday hikes/trail runs will be about 2-3 miles in length on easy-moderate trails
- Tuesday sessions begin at 5:00 pm - we will meet in the parking area of each trail location (locations announced on Sunday before each week via eNewsletter)
- "Graduation" day trip on Saturday, 8/27/22 (we will be gone from approximately 6am - 7pm)
- 3 registration options:
- Tuesday sessions only ($45)
- Day trip only ($70) (does not include program shirt)
- Whole Series - 7 Tuesdays and the day trip ($100)
