Please join us for a morning of STRETCH…with Sweat Power Yoga instructor Kristy Riley, who is an experienced runner herself.

From Kristy: "Each time I roll out my mat or enter the studio to teach, I feel so much gratitude for the opportunity to share in the experience of each person’s yoga journey through physical practice on the mat and beyond. I have come to define my teaching style as playful empowerment. In my class, you will be challenged to find your edge and you can expect to have fun while doing it."

This is an all levels yoga class specifically designed to stretch, strengthen, and mobilize your body. The 60-minute session focuses on opening areas that get stiff from a regular running routine. This class is designed to help increase your flexibility, balance, focus, breath capacity, and strength for increased athletic performance.


Additionally, each participant will receive a complimentary free session at Sweat Yoga to be used at a later date and a 4RUN3 coupon to be used in-store.

Please bring your own mat!
