Join us for the 2024 Annual Windmill Weekend Road Race!
This 5k Road Race welcomes runners of all ages and skill levels. The event begins at the scenic First Encounter Beach, up through the rolling hills of Eastham’s Samoset Road, leading to the local CLAMS Library and back down to First Encounter Beach. A past time for many and a fun filled run for all!
The race begins at 8am with a bib pick up and registration offered the day prior at the Eastham Windmill Green from 2-4pm. This year registration will NOT be offered in person the morning of the race but can be completed online until 7am. On the morning of the race, please plan on arriving one hour before the race starts to get checked in and settled for an on-time start. Bib pick up will be available the morning of the event. We run Rain or Shine!
General Race Entry includes free beach parking, race entry, professional race timing and t-shirt (to first 75 participants).

Free race shirt for the first 75 participants (MUST register by 8/1 to be guaranteed correct t-shirt size).
Awards
This race will be professionally timed, and prizes will be awarded to overall first place Male & Female winners and first place winners of each age group.
Parking
Free beach parking will be available in both lots (First Encounter & Bee's River) for all race participants and spectators. Please be aware that parking is limited, so we do encourage carpooling to this event.
