Shooting for Success: 3v3 Tournament & Career Exploration Experience
Join us for the 3rd Annual Shooting for Success, a high-energy, two-day event that combines competitive basketball with real-world career exploration to inspire, educate, and empower young people.

Day 1 – Career Exploration, Media Day & Tournament Kickoff
📍 Holyoke Community College

  • Professional team photos & media interviews (bring professional attire)
  • Career readiness workshops, networking, and industry insights
  • Meet community partners and collect stamps at career stations
  • Mandatory career exploration participation before tournament play

Day 2 – Championship Tournament & Industry Engagement
📍 Basketball Hall of Fame

  • Fast-paced 3v3 basketball tournament: round-robin leading to elimination rounds
  • Connect with industry leaders at interactive engagement zones
  • Championship games, awards, and giveaways

Divisions & Entry Fees

  • Middle School (Ages 9–13): Free admission – non-cash prize from a partner
  • High School (Ages 14–18): $10/player – $1,500 prize per division (Boys & Girls)
  • College (Ages 19–23): $25/player – $2,000 prize per division (Boys & Girls)
    Team Format: Up to 4 players per team (1 optional substitute)

Rules at a Glance

  • 10-minute running halves
  • Standard 2s and 3s scoring
  • Standard half-court foul rules
  • Zero tolerance for unsportsmanlike conduct
