Description
You're invited to join us in a virtual 5K fun run/walk/[enter your preferred way to move here] to get outside, get moving, and enjoy some fresh air! Here is how it will work, anytime between June 13th and June 20th, get outside and run/walk/move a 5K (3.2 miles!). You will need to time yourself and then come back to this site and report your results! For an added bonus go to the UroPH Strong Yammer site and post a picture of yourself from 'race day' and compete for one of our coveted awards!
We look forward to seeing your race day pictures! Feel free to invite your family and friends to join in!
