In this FREE one hour Run Clinic, you'll learn:  


-How to effectively warm up before your runs/bike/swim in 5-10 mins.  Dynamic versus Static Stretching:  Which one is best? 


-How to incorporate strengthening into your training regime at home: Targeting the top muscles required for running. 


Hosted at Boston Physical Therapy and Wellness in Medford, MA, this is a hands on Clinic and you will be running along the beautiful Mystic River, so be ready to get the most of your run training.  Run will be 2 groups 3 & 5 Miles.


The clinic is led by:

Finisher of 3 Marathons, including 2 at Boston
