Description
Our Spring/Summer session of coached track workouts will be run on Wednesdays, May 22- July 10 with Coach Michael McCormick. These workouts will be customized for all levels of running and are free with an active annual membership. The workouts start at 6PM, with individual warm up encouraged before at 5:30. They will be held on varied surfaces/locations to be announced weekly.
