Description
Our Spring session of coached track workouts will be run on Tuesdays with Coach Michael McCormick. These workouts will be customized for all levels of running and are free with an active annual membership. The workouts start at 5:45PM, with individual warm up encouraged before at 5:30. The track may not be available, so please check your email for the weekly location of the workouts.
