Start the New Year off right with the Healthy Habits Challenge! Log in as many active minutes as you can in the month of January!
The challenge kicks-off on January 1 and runs through January 31.
An active minute is an intentional effort to exercise, either moderately or vigorously. This can include activities such as running, walking, hiking, cycling, yoga, a fitness class/workout, walking the dog, lifting weights, rollerblading, jumping rope, dance, swimming, kickboxing, etc.
Track your active minutes using any type of watch, app, or manually, then log them into the event’s site which will update the leaderboard. Earn as many active minutes as possible and watch as you work your way towards your goal!
Weekly prize wheel to include all participants and a grand prize winner at the end of the month. Lace up and let's get going!
