Norwood's First Night 5K and Family Run

5K road race & family fun run to kick off the Town of Norwood's First Night Celebration!!

A fun out and back road race starting on Central Street (outside The Olde Colonial Cafe).  Sponsored by the Charles River Running, which was voted one of the top 100 specialty run stores in the U.S.A. Race

Costume Themed Run - This race is all about having fun and celebrating with our friends.  Work together to come up with fun costumes and run together as a team!   PRIZES will be awarded for the BEST COSTUMES!!!  Spectators are welcome to cheer on the runners, walkers, and anyone else parading down the road in costume.  Costumes are encouraged but not required. 

1:30pm  - Costume Contest  /  2:00pm - RACE START

Race Day registration will be at the Norwood Civic Center starting at 12:30pm

Post Race Social at the Norwood Civic Center sponsored by Castle Island Brewing Company and the Olde Colonial Cafe!!

For runners 21 and older, Castle Island Brewing Company will supply a complimentary post race beverage!

Stay around after the race and enjoy all of the First Night Festivities Norwood has offer!!
