Description
O2X Human Performance Seminar, held on November 14-17 for Joint First Responders. Areas of focus will be Conditioning, Nutrition, Sleep, Stress, and Resilience. The course will run from 8:30am-4pm on Monday-Thursday.
Cost is $1,500 per Firefighter, or $5,500 for four FIrefighters from the same department.
