La Fiorentina's 80th Anniversary Cannoli Eating Contest

Join us as we celebrate 80 years of sweet traditions, family, and community at Springfield's beloved La Fiorentina Pastry Shop!

As part of the Springfield Italian Feast, competitors of all ages are invited to participate in the inaugural Cannoli Eating Contest, commemorating La Fiorentina's 80th Anniversary. Contestants will test their appetite, determination, and love of cannoli as they compete for prizes, trophies, and ultimate bragging rights.

Whether you're a future cannoli champion, a seasoned dessert enthusiast, or one of our special Celebrity & VIP guests, this event promises plenty of excitement, laughter, and Italian pride.

Contest Divisions

• Kids Division Ages 8-14

Young cannoli lovers will compete to see who can eat the most cannoli within the allotted time.

• Adult Division 15+

Think you have what it takes to be crowned the Holy Cannoli Champion? Step up to the table and prove it!

• Celebrity & VIP Division

Local personalities, community leaders, sponsors, and invited guests will compete in a friendly battle for community bragging rights and the honor of supporting one of Springfield's most cherished Italian traditions.

The cannoli served during this contest contains hazelnuts and peanuts (tree nuts) and also contains other allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), and soy. Cannoli are produced in a facility that processes fish and shellfish. Individuals with food allergies or dietary restrictions should not participate. By signing this registration form, participants acknowledge they have read and understand this warning and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

• Participants under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian complete the registration and waiver.
• Space is limited ONLY 12 participants; first-come, first-served registration.
• Contest rules and judging procedures will be announced prior to the start of each division.

                                               100% Proceeds go to the Sons & Daughters of Italy Youth Group.
