Live for Liv is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization honoring Olivia Marchand, just 17 years old who lost her life tragically to an incidence of domestic violence in 2010.
The Ride for Liv/Run for Liv celebrates Olivia's life and raises awareness of domestic violence in our communities.
The event is held at the 4H Fairground in Westford and has bike routes for 23 - and 50 - mile rides along the scenic back roads of Westford, Chelmsford, Concord, Carlisle, Groton and Acton, and a 5K and 10k run along a portion of the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail. There is truly something for everyone at this event!
Packet pickup will begin at 8:00am on the morning of the race.
This year, as a runner you can also sign up to raise additional money for Live for Liv Foundation. Sponsors will receive recognition on signage, in media publicity at the event, and on the Live for Liv website with your logo. Sponsors will also be recognized by level of donation on tee shirts given to the first 300 participants at the event. For more sponsor info, visit our website.
