7:20 a.m. Welcome and Aerobic Warm up (Sponsored and lead by Anytime Fitness of Ouachita Parish)

7:45 a.m. Kids 100 Yard Dash 

8:00 a.m. 5K Run/Walk (kids may walk with adults) (please allow the timing chip

runners to line up at the very front for the start along with Ainsley’s Angels)

8:15 a.m. 1 Mile Walk (kids may walk with adults)
