Description
Ask anyone from Maryland what they take most seriously and you’ll likely hear "Crab Cakes and Football, Hon! Well, we couldn’t agree more. So created a Maryland themed virtual race to make this long, dark winter fun! All runners will be mailed a Maryland themed T-shirt at no additional cost straight to them. All participants will also be emailed a cool Maryland themed race bib!
This event is perfect for some winter fun! Run your own race from wherever you want in January and February and submit your results and pictures on the race website.
This race will help benefit Blessings in a Backpack!
Blessings in a Backpack started with just two schools in 2005 and now serves 88,900 students in 1,092 schools spread throughout 46 states and the District of Columbia. Blessings in a Backpack mobilizes communities, individuals, and resources to provide food on the weekends for elementary school children across America who might otherwise go hungry.
