Abby's Finish the Race 5K

Please join Alpha Phi this year for our annual Finish the Race 5K. This event honors our sister Abigail Bastien whom we lost suddenly in July of 2017. All proceeds from the 5K will go towards her memorial scholarship fund at her high school.

Abby was someone who loved life for what it is. The hard moments, the good ones, they were all part of something beautiful for her. 100% of her went into everything she did, be it work, school, Alpha Phi, track, or spending time with loved ones. She remains a fiercely loved member of the JHU track and field team, and a sister of Alpha Phi. Abby made everyone around her laugh and enjoy life. She had an uncanny way of making everyone feel seen, heard, and cherished, and she received the same in return. She is so deeply loved, and so deeply missed today, tomorrow, and all the days after that. Our hope is that you finish the race for Abby, and for all the people in your life who bring love and light to your days the way Abby did to ours.
