The Resolution Run is Back!

Start your New Year with purpose at the Resolution Run 5K and 1-Mile Walk, returning to Patterson Park on January 1!

This beloved Baltimore tradition kicks off the year with community, connection, and a healthy dose of fresh air, all while supporting a vital local cause.

Your participation directly benefits Earl’s Place, a transitional housing program helping men experiencing homelessness rebuild their lives with dignity and support. Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, you’ll be part of something meaningful.

-Expertly measured and marked course inside Patterson Park with one water stop.
-Professional chip timing and scoring with live, online results.

5K Overall Awards

1st place Male, Female and Non-Binary Finishers will each receive a photograph taken by an Earl's Place Resident
2nd place Male, Female and Non-Binary Finishers will each receive a $10 giftcard to Herring Run Nursery
3rd place Male, Female and Non-Binary Finishers will each receive a hand-crafted medal display created by local craftsperson Kevin Hird.

5K Age Group Awards

Top 1 Male, Female and NB Finishers in each age group will receive a handcrafted magnet from local artist, Magan Ruthke
Top 3 Male, Female and NB Finishers in each age group will receive a commemorative ribbon
