*****Race Packets can be picked up on Saturday 1-3 (3/13/27) and Sunday (3/14/27) beginning at 7am at Ape Hangers Bar & Grill. Parking will begin at Ape Hangers and overfill parking will be directed to the Bel Alton Fire Department field (please do not park in the fire departments lot). The race will begin and end at the fire department, which is a short walk from Ape Hangers. After the race, join us at Ape Hangers for food, awards and entertainment. 

This year celebrates our 12th Annual Shamrock 5K Run/Walk Fueled by Coal Road Fitness. The race will begin at 8:30 am through the scenic streets of Bel Alton, MD. Awards will be given for top qualifiers in each age group. Participants will receive a t-shirt if registered by 2/21 and all will receive a post-race buffet ticket at Ape Hangers Bar & Grill. An award will be given for the best St. Patricks' Day costume. The early bird race registration fee is $40 and will increase to $45 on 1/1/2027 and to $50 on 3/1/2027. 

The beneficiary of this year's race is Clements Cuties. Clements Cuties is dedicated to raising awareness and supporting local families in their fight against childhood cancers in Southern Maryland.
