Description
The Horizons at Norwood 5K is a professionally timed race that starts and ends on the campus of Norwood School in Bethesda, Maryland. It is followed by a one-mile fun run that takes place entirely on campus. All proceeds from both events support the work of Horizons Greater Washington. This year's race and fun run will take place on Sunday, April 10, 2016. Horizons is a transformative educational enrichment program serving low-income public school students with a broad range of academic abilities. Through Horizons, students gain the tools and support they need to become successful and confident college-bound young adults.
