Description
This is my 6th year of doing the Sunrise run but since we can’t meet, folks are asking for a virtual run.
This challenge run is to prepare for the virtual Army Ten Miler (ATM) Race before October 13th, 2020.
This is a weekly progressive run.
There will be no medals, t-shirts or swag bags and this is free, just getting folks motivated and preparing for the ATM.
I would like the participants to be able to submit weekly status reports.
The report I want to consist of exercise and running weekly example;
August 30th - September 5th , 100 Push-ups (that's 20 Push-ups a day Monday-Friday), 100 Sit-ups (that's 20 Sit-ups a day Monday-Friday),, 50 minutes of Mountain Climbers (that's 10 Mountain Climbers a day Monday-Friday),, then run 10 miles (that's 2 Miles a day Monday-Friday), during the weekday. Including our 5k- 3.1 miles run on the weekend.
September 6th -12th , 150 Push-ups, 150 Sit-ups, 100 Jumping Jacks, 150 Fire Hydrants, during the weekday 12 miles. Including our 8k- 4.97 miles run on the weekend.
September 13th -19th , 10 minutes of Planks, 150 Sit-ups, 100 Bodyweight Squats, during the weekday 15 miles. Including our 10k – 6.2 miles run on the weekend.
September 20th -26th , 150 Push-ups, 150 Sit-ups, 50 reps of Russian Twist, during the weekday 15 miles. Including a 12k – 7.4 miles run on the weekend.
September 27th -October 3rd , 100 Burpees , 50 reps of Lying Superman, during the weekday 10 miles. Including a 15k – 9.3 miles run on the weekend.
October 4th -10th , 150 Dive Bomber Push-ups, 150 Sit-ups, 50 minutes of Walking Lunges, during the weekday 15 miles. Including a 12k – 7.4 miles run on the weekend.
Last week October 11th -18th , 100 Push-ups, 100 Sit-ups, then run 10 miles during this weekday Run your final 10 miles run on the weekend.
