Description
To celebrate Walk Maryland Day on October 10, we wanted to show off what will be Cambridge's NEWEST green space, CANNERY PARK! This one mile walk is timed for your lunch break and will walk around the property of the Cannery Park area.
Come see the progress that the City of Cambridge and the Eastern Shore Land Conservancy have made on this project. As you walk the 1 mile course, you will see artist renderings as to what will be available at the park and the views from various angles.
This event is to encourage fitness and wellness for our citizens. With events all over the State of Maryland, the Walk Maryland day promotes physical activity and shows that you can start anywhere.
This is a NO COST event! Come out and go for a walk around Cannery Park and continue your journey to wellness.
