We here at Positive Strides Spring Classic, are aware of the COVID-19 crisis that is sweeping our nation and have been actively speaking with Health Officers and the Department of Emergency Management on a daily basis, in regards to its potential impact on our event.
We have been working with all agencies involved, in the hopes that we would be able to provide you an outstanding event, but we will not be able to do so in 2020.
With the future being uncertain as to when events will be allowed, we are hesitant to try and reschedule for later in 2020 and would like to offer a 100% deferal to all registered participants to the 2021 event. Should you not be able to attend our April 2021 date, we would ask that you conisder your entry fee for this year to be a tax donation (we can provide you with all of the necessary paperwork, should you desire).
We have been working to make this to absolute best situation that we can, all while being able to maintain services to our community. Your support of the Positive Strides Spring Classic has been a large part of that. We ask, again, that if you do not think that you will be able to join us in April of 2021, that you consider allowing your registration cost to be transferred to a tax donation for this year.
Thank you for your anticipated support and please be sure to let us know which option you may wish
