Red Shoe 5k is the signature annual fundraiser for Ronald McDonald House Washington DC — where every step helps families stay close to care, stay together and stay supported.

Show. Your. Stripes.
While Red Shoes are not required, they sure are fun & help us all show off our red & white. Everyone is encouraged to wear their red & white & stripes on race day and in training leading up to the big day. We are looking for 100% participation here, and we know your feet will appreciate the extra flair.
Purchase a pair of red & white striped Race socks at registration checkout. Socks are one-size-fits-all and will be available to pick up with your race packet during one of the designated packet pick-up times.
If you are a longtime participant, we encourage you to dig through your sock drawer and get your pair of striped socks ready for race day.
