The 15th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Holiday DC Peace Walk will be held on January 18, 2021 at 10am, starting at 2500 MLK Avenue, SE; and ending at MLK Ave & Good Hope Road, SE.. Due to the global pandemic, this year’s activities will take place virtually and in-person, with limited participation.
HISTORY:
The Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Peace Walk is held annually on the federal MLK holiday. The Peace Walk is coordinated by the Coalition for Peace, a group of individuals and non-profits dedicated to peace and positivity for the Washington DC metropolitan communities.
