C&O Canal Towpath Virtual Summer Challenge

The free C&O Canal Towpath Virtual Summer Challenge from Girls on the Run of Mid & Western Maryland will give you added incentive to get out running/walking/skipping/dog-walking this summer. Log your miles wherever and whenever you wish, from the treadmill to the mountains, and track your progress from Cumberland MD to Washington DC. 

You'll have from June 1, until August 31, 2020, to complete either the 130-mile GOTR Girl Mini-Challenge (ending at Brunswick, MD.) or the full,184.5-mile GOTR  SoleMate Challenge ending in Washington, DC. 

Those donating $25 or more to Girls on the Run of Mid & Western Maryland via this challenge and who have logged their progress and completed their respective challenge will get a finisher's shirt sent to them in September.
