Description
The Girls on the Run of MoCo 5K is a fun run celebrating the culmination of the Girls on the Run training season.
The 5K Fun Run will be held at the Montgomery County Agricultural Center, the Fairgrounds, in Gaithersburg, MD
Current participants and coaches of Girls on the Run of MoCo are pre-registered for the run and should not register here. Buddy runners, friends and family are encouraged to participate in the event and should register here.
To see if you registered for the 5K at the same time as registering for the program, please go to our website, www.girlsontherunofmoco.org. If your name is on this list you should NOT register for the 5K again here.
ALL participants will recieve a bib number and t-shirt.
Registration fees are $25 per registrant until noon on May 13 and increase to $35 on May 14.
This is a non-competitive fun run and is not a timed race.

Parking and Road Closures
PARKING
Please enter the Fairgrounds from Perry Parkway. Parking is on the grounds of the Fairgrounds. Busses will be available for pick-up in downtown Silver Spring.
T-shirt and Bib Number Pick-up
Participants are strongly encouraged to pick up their t-shirt and bib number at R&J Sports, 11910 Parklawn Drive #R, rockville, MD 20852 on Saturday, May 21 from 10:00am-4:00pm.
T-shirts and bib numbers will also be available for pick up on Sunday, May 22, starting at 7:30am, but expect long lines on the morning of the 5k!
Wave Start
We will be using a "wave" start. Upon arrival at the race start look for your school's wave color. When your color wave is called you will proceed to the starting area.
