For some of us, running clears our heads. For others, it gives us something steady to come back to when life feels heavy. And sometimes, simply putting one foot in front of the other is enough.
On World Mental Health Day, we're moving together.
Run, walk, or complete your 5K however it feels right to you. Your pace doesn't matter. Your time doesn't matter. Showing up does.
Pre and post race there will be 4 local wellness partners set up to visit. Post race will feature a DIY post race recovery station, where participants can create a goodie bag of recovery/running essentials!

No purchase or donation necessary to enter. To enter without registering or donating, you may submit a mail-in entry. Send a handwritten 3x5 card with your full name, mailing address, email and phone number to: Still I Run, PO Box 10, Hudsonville, MI 49426. Entries must be postmarked by October 1, 2026 and received by October 10, 2026.

What is the World Mental Health Day 5K?
The World Mental Health Day 5K is an event being held at Fleet Feet Sports, Gaithersburg, MD, that takes place during National Run for Mental Health Week. It's a chance to celebrate the positive impact movement can have on mental health while helping raise awareness and reduce stigma.

You can choose the registration option that works best for you. The $10 registration includes event participation only. The $25 registration includes event participation plus an exclusive swag bundle featuring an official event neck gaiter, a woven patch, a gym bag/luggage tag, and one entry into our prize pack giveaway.
No. This is a fun, non-competitive event. There's no official timing requirement—just complete your 5K and celebrate what movement means to you.
After you complete your 5K, you'll receive an email with a link to submit your results through RunSignUp. Sharing your results is optional, but we'd love to celebrate your accomplishment!
Registration fees are not tax-deductible because you are receiving event participation (and potentially swag) in return. Additional donations made to Still I Run may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
