|PGRC - FREE Half Marathon training program||

Coaches Bex and D are leading an informal half marathon training program starting on Saturday March 18, 2017. The program will run for 10 weeks leading up to the graduation race which is the St. Michaels Running Festival on May 20th. For those who are not planning on running St. Michaels, this program will give you a jump start for any spring half marathons you may be interested in. If you just trained for and completed the RRCA club challenge, and ready to move to the half marathon distance, or if you’re currently training for a similar race or the same distance and want train with others, this program will be great for you. Since this is an informal program there will not be a charge for participation. However, you must be a paid PGRC member to participate, join at www.pgrc.org The primary (supervised) runs will be on Sundays at starting from Mission BBQ in Greenbelt. For the other runs, we highly recommend that participants join in with the regular weekly club runs. However we plan on being at track on Tuesdays, and also Saturdays at Greenbelt park.
