Description

Join us for the Jefferson Ruritan 5K & Fun Run and celebrate 250 years as a community! This is a chip timed 5K road race that follows a loop through the town of Jefferson in southwestern Frederick County. The event also includes a one mile fun run that starts at the same time and begins at Valley Elementary School. After the race, enjoy refreshments and the spring weather! This family friendly event benefits the mission of the Jefferson Ruritan Club.

Registration Information:

Bib pickup and race day registration begins at 7 am.

5k Cost:

$35 up to 3/15
$40 up to 4/15
$45 up to 5/15
$50 up to day of race

Fun Run Cost:

$4 up to 3/15
$5 up to 4/15
$6 up to 5/15
$7 up to day of race

Age Groups and Awards

19 & under; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80+
$100, $50, and $25 cash awards will be given to the top 3 overall Male, Female, and Masters finishers.
Awards will be given to the top 3 5k finishers in each age group.
Medals will be given to all Fun Run participants.

T-Shirts:

Tech shirts will be given to all 5k participants who have registered by 3/31/24.After this date, a shirt is not guaranteed.

Merch will be available from Charm City Run.
