Description
Join us for Twin Ridge Elementary School's Second Annual TRES Superhero 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run on Saturday, April 16, 2016! The event begins at 8:30 AM at Twin Ridge Elementary School. One Mile Fun Run for the little ones at 9:30 AM. The course will run through the Twin Ridge neighborhood. The race will take place rain or shine, all levels of runners and walkers are welcome to participate as well as be eligible for door prizes. There will be music, snacks, and drinks at the finish line. Awards recognizing the top two 5K finishers in each age group and top two Fun Run participants in primary (grades PK-2) and intermediate (grades 3-5) age groups.
The purpose of the race is to promote fitness throughout the community, and the proceeds will be going to the Twin Ridge Track Fund and PE Enrichments.
