Looking forward to the tournament tomorrow. An email was sent Thursday, but you can find the brackets and schedule below: 

The Tournament:

The general order of play starts with doubles in the AM and moves to singles. Check-in opens at 8:30 for players in the first round of matches. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your estimated match time and check-in upon your arrival. We have a very tight schedule with 36 matches on deck and many participants playing in multiple events. Please help us by being ready to play when called and only taking a few minutes to warm up. 

Matches will be 8 game pro sets, no-ad scoring, single elimination format within each bracket. There will be coaches/officials available if you have questions about the format, including tie breaks. 

What Else to Know:

 Bring cash! Raffle tickets will be available for some great prizes including donations from Tennis Warehouse, a tennis lesson, a case of balls, local gift cards, and a membership to the Mountain Lake Park Tennis Club. Every dollar spent on raffle tickets goes directly to the teams, so we appreciate your participation in the raffle!

Food will also be available for purchase including hot dogs, snacks, and drinks. Again, 100% of money spent on food goes directly to the teams, so we appreciate your generosity!

Water will be available to refill water bottles. We will also have some promotional water bottles, while supplies last.

In the event weather or court conditions force us to alter our schedule, we will send an email as early as possible. We understand many of you are traveling from a significant distance, so we hope to make an early call if there are issues. Please also continue to check your email, in case there are any other updates.
