Description

Tune up your triathlon swim stroke and become stronger and faster in the water with freestyle essentials clinics and open water essentials clinics!

On deck for these clinics are Coach Dorrer, Coach Franca, and Coach Matt!  3 incredible swim coaches who will make sure you are participating at the appropriate level and keep you improving.

 

STROKE & SPEED - Beginner Essentials:  the focus of this small group clinic is on identifying individual areas of improvement, practicing drills to improve skills, and improving overall form, balance and speed in the water.  Best for swimmers who swim above 2:10/100yards.  Need to be able to swim 50 yards continuously. 

February 1 - 5pm - 6:30pm (note the later start time today)
February 8 - 4:30pm - 6pm 
February 15  - 4:30 pm 6pm

 

STROKE & SPEED Intermediate / Advanced:  with similar focus as the above-mentioned clinic, this clinic is best for those at and below 2:10/100yards.

Open Water Essentials:  Our most fun swim clinics of the year! This clinic is designed for swimmers of any level to learn and practice specific skills for open water including: modified open water swim stroke, sighting, pack swimming, current adjustments, various forms of jumps and entries, rounding buoys and more.  We will be using a buoy in the water and removing lane lines for added practice. wetsuits welcome. Participants need to be able to swim 100 yards without stopping.
