This is way more fun than racing - -  this is your opportunity to serve as a volunteer at a local event - - to experience all the joys and all the misery involved in running an ultra race!

We ask that you come dressed appropriately in layers as weather along the Potomac can change. If you plan to be take a long shift, a shift over a meal, or several shifts, please bring any special foods/snacks/drinks to keep you hydrated and enjoying your day as well.
