Description
In honor of Cervical Cancer Awareness Month, join Cervivor, Inc. for the virtual Pap Rally and Run! Get started by creating a goal for your physical health or mental wellness as we celebrate the 18th Anniversary of Cervivor and kick off the new year in 2023.
This is a month-long event to log your personal goals, whatever they may be. You can walk 18 miles in January, or get 18 people to walk a mile together; commit to meditating 18 days in January or form a one day 1.8 mile walk/run. The challenge is really up to you and your team. And the best part is your team can create different challenges to meet their personal new year’s goals!
The Pap Rally and Run for Cervical Cancer Awareness is now open for registration. From January 1st to January 29th, we will track our goals with our Cervivor community, family, and friends.
Let’s run, walk, skip, bike, swim, meditate, read, or do anything you want to do to raise awareness during CCAM.
TO JOIN:
- Create a team, join a team or become a team of one.
- Create a goal that you choose… just make sure it has a version of the number 18 in it.
- Post your pics on our Facebook event page while doing your personal goal (wearing your teal and white is a bonus) or tag us on your social media platforms.
- Celebrate CCAM with us and share with your platforms so more people know about cervical cancer and how we can prevent it!
- If you plan to participate, we are asking each participant to donate at least $18 per person. You may always make a larger donation if you would like. Donations mean so much to us and every dollar directly impacts our global community of cervical cancer patients, survivors, and thrivers.
We know that ending cervical cancer is within our reach. Help us spread the word by creating a personal goal in January that includes a version of the number 18 while helping us shine a light on cervical cancer.
Be sure to use the hashtags #cervivor, #paprallyrun, and #endcervicalcancer.
Cervivor is a global community of advocates who inspire and empower those affected by cervical cancer by educating and motivating them to use their voices for creating awareness to end stigma, influence decision and change, and end cervical cancer. Find out more at www.cervivor.org.
