Camp Run Moore
Creating Miles of Memories
Join us this summer for the inaugural Camp Run Moore.
Hosted by Run Moore and Coach Mark Reedy of Carroll Community College, Camp Run Moore is a sleepaway experience designed for high school runners looking to prepare for the upcoming cross country season while building friendships, confidence, and a deeper connection to the sport.
Open to incoming freshmen through seniors, camp will take place at Hashawha Environmental Center in Westminster, Maryland. Campers will stay in cabin-style housing and train on the trails surrounding the property, creating a true summer camp experience built around running.
Each cabin includes bunk-style sleeping arrangements and is supervised by camp staff. Campers should expect shared sleeping spaces, plenty of outdoor time, and an unplugged environment designed to help them connect with others.
Throughout the week, campers can expect:
Morning and evening runs on trails, grass, and rolling terrain
Group runs based on effort and experience level
Discussions on training, recovery, nutrition, injury prevention, and mindset
Guest speakers from the running community
Swimming, basketball, volleyball, and outdoor recreation
Team activities designed to help runners connect with athletes from other schools
Giveaways and surprises from our brand partners
Camp Run Moore is built around movement and experience, not exhausting workouts. The goal is to help athletes build a strong foundation for cross country season while enjoying a memorable week surrounded by people who love running.
All meals are included with registration.
Campers will also receive support from partners including Altra Running, Mizuno Running, Kiprun, ChicknLegs, and Feetures.
Whether you're chasing big goals this fall or simply want a great week of running with new people, Camp Run Moore is built to help athletes leave stronger, more confident, and with memories that last well beyond summer.
Whether you're just getting started or looking to take the next step in your running journey, Camp Run Moore is an opportunity to train with intention, build lasting connections, and be part of something special from the very beginning.
