Description

Camp Run Moore
Creating Miles of Memories

Join us this summer for the inaugural Camp Run Moore!

Hosted by Run Moore and Coach Mark Reedy of Carroll Community College, Camp Run Moore is a sleepaway experience designed for high school runners looking to prepare for the upcoming cross country season while building friendships, confidence, and a deeper connection to the sport.

Open to incoming freshmen through seniors, camp will take place at the cabins and through the trails at Hashawha Environmental Center, offering the perfect mix of trails, open space, and a focused training environment.

Each day will include:

Trail runs designed to build strength through hills and soft terrain
Group runs focused on effort, connection, and enjoying the process
Educational sessions on running, recovery, and overall wellness
Guest speakers from the running community
Group activities and team-building experiences
Time to unplug, connect, and be present with other runners

Camp Run Moore is built around movement and experience, not intense workouts. Our goal is to help runners develop strength for the upcoming cross country season while building confidence and enjoying the process alongside others.

Campers will also have access to a swimming pool, volleyball court, basketball court, and other outdoor activities, giving them time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the full camp experience.

Camp Run Moore is a local camp at its core, but it’s supported by some of the most respected brands in the sport, including Altra Running, Mizuno Running, KipRun, ChicknLegs and Feetures Socks. Throughout the week, campers can expect fun giveaways and surprises made possible by these partners.

All meals are included with camp registration.

Whether you're just getting started or looking to take the next step in your running journey, Camp Run Moore is an opportunity to train with intention, build lasting connections, and be part of something special from the very beginning.
