Prepare to Achieve Your Half Marathon Goals!
Join our 9-week training program, starting the week of March 3rd, led by experienced coach and author Dave Griffin. Designed for runners of all levels—beginners included—this program will help you prepare for the Frederick Half Marathon or any spring half marathon of your choice. (Race registration fee not included.)
What’s included:
- Customized Training Plans: Upon signup, Coach Dave will personally reach out to learn about your running background and tailor a plan to match your goals.
- Proven Training Strategies: Learn principles that will not only prepare you for race day but also help you enjoy the process.
- Coached Workouts: Add variety and structure to your training with expert-led sessions:
Littlestown: Tuesdays at 6:30 PM
Westminster: Wednesdays at 6:30 PM
Every other Saturday morning at 7:30 AM in either Littlestown or Westminster - Ongoing Support: Weekly guidance to help you understand and maximize the benefits of your training.
- Direct Access to Coach Dave: Ask questions or seek advice anytime via email or at workouts.
