Struggling to find motivation? Looking for an affordable option to stay healthy? Looking to keep your legs under you for spring and summer race season? Join our 1st annual Strength and Stretch Series! We will be bringing in experts in strength training and mindful movement/ yoga to keep you motivated and a healthy throughout the rest of winter! Sign up for the entire five week virtual series (5 strength sessions and 5 stretch sessions OR drop-in as you would like)! Each session will be a body weight workout. Participants should have a mat or towel, water, and and hand towel. ALL ABILITIES ARE WELCOME!

STRENGTH with CASEY: Based in Southern Maine, Casey Boucher has over ten years experience in the exercise science field. With a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology, she knows the science behind programming for optimal performance. As a mom, a teacher, and a runner herself, she knows the importance of balancing family, work, and achieving your goals. She also knows how powerful and positive a running career can be. Her coaching style includes intentional programming while taking into consideration the whole-person perspective. Casey is a UESCA Certified Run Coach and currently a professor at the University of New England in the Applied Exercise Science program. Casey recently founded Find Your Fire Running and provides coaching services and motivational events within the community. STRETCH with ERYN: Eryn Neptune is the Health & Wellness Educator at UNE. Eryn holds a Master's Degree in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, and a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science: Exercise and Nutrition, from the University of Southern Maine, in Portland, Maine. Eryn is a Certified Yoga Teacher and Balanced Athlete Functional Movement Coach. Eryn has worked in residential life and in elementary education, and also in her path to UNE, has had experience as a lifeguard and CNA. Hailing from Central Maine, she has hopped coast to coast with an insatiable hunger for knowledge to make proactive whole-self wellness and positive behavior change accessible to everyone, with a foundation starting with movement and food.
