Solar Sprint 3K

Celebrate the Maine Solar Eclipse Weekend with an exhilarating run at the Solar Sprint 3K!  This point-to-point road race offers a fantastic opportunity for runners of all levels to join in, embrace the running spirit, and bask in the satisfaction of completing a race well run.

The race kicks off at the CLA Green Center, located at 388 Military Street in Houlton, and finishes at the picturesque Riverfront Park, an official Eclipse Weekend Star Park sponsored by S.W. Collins!  The course begins with a challenging uphill stretch, rewarding you with a stunning panoramic view of Houlton. As you race down Drake's Hill, you'll be treated to more breathtaking sights of Houlton's landmarks, before the course levels off into a gentle downhill slope leading you to the finish line at Riverfront Park.

After the race, stick around at the park to hang out with the S.W. Collins crew, enjoy refreshing beverages, and enjoy in the awards ceremony.  For your convenience, we'll be running a brief shuttle service to transport participants back to the parking area.
