Witt's End and Shepard's Crook Trail Race -- Individual Races

Adult Races

The Full Witt’s End Race will be a 5 mile out-and-back race run in open fields and through interesting and varied woodland habitats on the newly constructed Witt’s End Trail at Shepard's Farm, 121 Crockett Ridge Road. The Witt’s End trail is a very enjoyable run. The trail has been machined to accommodate mtn. bikers, walkers, and hikers and has gentle slopes and turns as it circumvents Witt Swamp.

The Shepard’s Crook Race will be a 2 mile loop race run in the fields and on the woods trails in Shepard’s Farm Family Preserve. These are gentle trails with modest slopes.

Sculpture Scavenger Hunt

While the longer races are being run, children and adults not given to running are welcome to participate in a free sculpture to sculpture scavenger hunt incorporating the six Bernard Langlais sculptures. 

Registration

Use this selection to register for one or more of the individual monthly races ($10 each). Save $10 by using our full series option and register for all 5 races at once. Online registration is available until the day before the race. Race day registration is available at each event. Participants can choose between the 5-mile or 2-mile distance on race day.
