Description
This year's Freedom 5K will take place on Monday, July 29, 2019.
The Freedom 5k is a beautiful run near the ocean in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. Proceeds will benefit the Anti-Human Trafficking Programs of The Salvation Army.
RACE PACKET PICK UP
Packet pick up will be available on Saturday, July 27th from 6pm to 7pm just outside the Seaside Pavilion located at 8 6th Street in Old Orchard Beach. Alternatively you may arrive one hour early to pick up your packet on the day of the race.
If you have not already done so, registration will be available the morning of the race.
Registration Perks - CHIP TIMING! FREE T-SHIRTS!
When you register for the Freedom 5K, you will also receive a free cotton t-shirt to commemorate this year's race.
We are also happy to announce that we will have chip timing for our Freedom 5K this year! Chip timing has been strongly requested by past participants, and we are excited that we have been able to include this service in this year's race!
After you register, we also hope you'll "go the extra mile" and help us raise funds for The Salvation Army's Anti-Human Trafficking Programs. You can become a fundraiser and collect donations by clicking the link below. We are grateful to collect donations from both 5K participates and anyone wishing to help us in the fight against human trafficking.
