Celebrating 35 years of running and walking on the shores of Cobscook Bay in support of Down East Hospice Volunteers, organized by Bold Coast Runners. Please come on Sunday June 8, 2025 to WALK or RUN a 5k, 10k, or FREE KIDS FUN RUN and enjoy the picnic afterwards at Reversing Falls in celebration of all your hard work! The 10k Course is USATF certified (ME17004JK). 

Three ways to participate in 2026

1 - In-person  SUNDAY, June 7 -  Run or Walk from the Triangle to Reversing Falls.  Specific race day instructions will be sent June 1st via email. 

Online registration will Open at 7am January 1st, 2026. 
Online registration will Close at 5pm on Saturday June 6, 2026. 

2 - Run on Your Own (ROYO) - Run/walk the Course Between  Saturday May 29 and June 7 - submit a time and picture of your run/walk via email or on runsignup.com/cobscookraces

3 - Virtually - Run/walk in support of Cobscook Bay races wherever safe and convenient for you. submit a time and picture of your run/walk via email or on runsignup.com/cobscookraces

Packet pickup and Registration will take place at Pembroke Triangle on Sunday June 7 from 7:30am to 8:45am.

Race Day Timeline:

• 7:30am – 8:45am - Registration/Packet pick-up  – Do not arrive later than 8:45am - Directions here
• 8:30am - Kids Fun Run at the Start Flags
• 9:00am  - 5k/10k Start
• 10:45am (approximate time) Awards: – After the last finisher. At Reversing Falls / Finish – Directions here 

Bus Schedule - Shuttle bus provided by AOS77 (Sunrise School Department). Being a point to point course, we recommend utilizing the shuttle bus, by parking at Reversing Falls park by 8:00am. 

• 8:00am: Departs Reversing Falls for Start line/Packet pickup
• 8:15am: Departs 5k Finish Line on Leighton Point Rd for Start line
• 8:25am: Arrives at Start area at Triangle
• 8:50am: Bus Departs for 5k Finish line  - Directions here
• ~10:00am: Bus Departs from 5k Finish line for Reversing Falls after last 5k finisher
• ~11:30am: Bus Departs from Reversing Falls for Start Line (final bus)

Awards 5k and 10k- (Subject to change without prior notice, Bold Coast Runners reserves the right to change them prior to and up until race day)

• Top 3 Overall Male, Female and Non-Binary
  
• Top 1st Age Groups (Male and Female) if under 150 participants; greater than 150 participants will open top 3 in Age groups
  • 14 and under, 15-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49,50-54, 55-50, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+
• 1st Male, Female and Non-Binary Walkers
• 1st Pembroke Resident
