Description
Freedom Run is a patriotic summer "kick off" run unlike any other! Ditch the lake for a few hours, bring your friends, and make this an event to remember. Come and challenge the County's only 10K course!
The 1 Mile Kids Fun run will be held entirely on the track, with runners completing four laps. This safe and controlled environment is great for the kids, but also for spectators. Come cheer your favorite little runner on! All finishers will receive a medal!
The 5K & 10K run events both start on the Presque Isle Middle School track. The course is flat and fast, before finishing back on the track. 5K runners need only complete the race loop once, while 10K runners will complete the race loop twice. The race course is fully supported with volunteers for directions, two water stops, and will be chip timed. Only the first 100 registrants can be guarenteed a race shirt. All finishers will receive a finishers medal!
