NHC FULL MOON FROLIC

Join our March NHC Full Moon Frolic on Saturday, March 27, 2021!  Group size will be limited to 25 individuals only!  Those participating MUST register here- there are no drop ins allowed.  If you cannot make it after registering, please message to notify so another person(s) can take your spot.

We will enjoy a small group snowshoe hike to the Fort Warming Hut, which is approximately 7/10 of a mile from the Main Parking Lot.  

The NHC Full Moon Frolic is FREE!  All Day Use Fees will be waived for the evening.  If you do not have snowshoes, NHC has them for rent ($12 Adult, $8 Kid).  

We will have the classic Maine outdoor staples of Red Hotdogs, Buns, and Chips available when we've reached the Fort Warming Hut for a fire.

Masks are required in the parking lot and when we have arrived at the Fort Warming Hut.  However, they are not required while snowshoeing on the trails.  Please respect your friends by social distancing at the Fort Warming Hut, as well.

Items to bring include: snowshoes, mask, warm clothing (hats, gloves, mittens), headlamp, snacks plus beverages, and a great attitude!
