Description
This is the 9th year of the event, which will take place on November 18th, 2017 on GVSU's Allendale Campus. All money raised will benefit Kids Food Basket of Grand Rapids to provide sack lunches for kids in need. Every participant will receive a one of a kind Turkey Trot mug. Top 3 finishers in each age group get a medal. Refreshments and an short awards ceremony will take place after the race. The course is super flat and paved, perfect for people looking to PR or if you would like to slow down to enjoy Grand Valley's Allendale Campus in the fall. Please Like the GVSU Turkey Trot Page, and remember to invite friends and family to join this wonderful 5K because running with people is a great way to prepare for the big Turkey Day!!
The best part, 100% of the funds are donated to Kids Food Basket located in Grand Rapids, MI.
