|Core for Runners Series||
The Core for Runners Series is a 6-week class designed for runners to help improve core strength, posture and running form. When we think of our core, we predominately think of our abdominals. However, the core muscles include all of the muscles connected to the spine – upper/lower back, hips, glutes & abdominals. By adding core training, into your routine, you will build a frame that is stronger & balanced and less likely to become injured.
