Description
The 17th Annual Dan Jilek Fun Run/Walk is a competitive and enjoyable run. Gallup Park in Ann Arbor is at its best on Sunday, October 27th, 2019.. We are at the back at the Maas Shelter. Look for the Dan Jilek Memorial Run on the Maas Shelter. We are at the back of the park. Please join us and bring friends and family. We award the top 3 children under 12 , the top 3 Females and top 3 Males with a special trophy. All children participating receive a special award as well. There is a free picnic after the race with hot dogs and chicken. We also have water and snacks available. Remember the best t-shirts are also included in your registration fee!

The Dan Jilek Memorial Fund
The mission of the Dan Jilek Memorial Fund is to continue Dan’s commitment to the pursuit of self knowledge and development of young men and women through participation in athletic and fine arts activities. The fund supports programs that allow young people the opportunity to develop leadership, creativity, and an appreciation for team effort in an environment where the values of character, determination and sportsmanship are promoted.
