Running Fit will be joined by legendary former Michigan coach, Ron Warhurst, as we discuss causes of the most common foot injuries and how how to prevent and care for the pain.

This clinic is for runners, walkers, and the general public.

During the event, we will try several techniques and products that help with foot pain.
